Welcome to DD3. These Terms of Service apply when you visit our website, review 3D printer filament information, request samples, discuss OEM/private-label projects, place B2B wholesale or export orders, or communicate with our team. By using the services, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced here.

Scope and Service Description

• DD3 provides website information, inquiry support, sample coordination, quotation discussion, OEM packaging discussion, wholesale supply and export coordination for 3D printer filaments such as PLA, PLA+, Matte PLA, Silk PLA, PETG, ABS+ and TPU.
• This website is mainly for business communication and does not by itself guarantee product availability, final price, production capacity, shipment schedule or acceptance of any order.

Accounts and Eligibility

• You must have legal capacity to use the services and to submit business, purchasing or payment information on behalf of yourself or your company.
• If account or inquiry information is provided, you are responsible for keeping it accurate, current and secure, and for all activity made through your communication channel or account.

Product Information and Possible Variations

• We try to keep filament descriptions, color charts, photos, specifications, tolerances, packaging references and technical information accurate, but errors, display differences, batch differences and updates may occur.
• Samples, color confirmation, written specifications, quotation, invoice and agreed packing details should be checked before bulk, OEM, private-label or export production.

Orders and Payment

• A purchase request, quotation discussion or sample request is an invitation to discuss business terms. Orders are accepted only after DD3 confirms the quotation, invoice, payment terms, production or stock arrangement and logistics plan.
• You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, consignee, tax, customs and payment information. PayPal, credit card, bank transfer or other payment methods may be available only when confirmed in writing.

Taxes, Duties and Import Costs

• Unless expressly stated in a written quotation or invoice, prices do not include taxes, VAT/GST, duties, customs clearance charges, remote-area fees, warehousing, import licenses, compliance testing or other destination charges.
• For B2B, OEM, wholesale and export orders, the buyer is responsible for confirming destination import requirements and paying any buyer-side taxes, duties or import costs unless a confirmed DDP arrangement states otherwise.

Shipping

• Shipping method, Incoterms, lead time, carton information, forwarder pickup, DDP feasibility, FOB port and delivery estimates are handled under the confirmed quotation, invoice or written communication.
• Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier delay, customs inspection, port congestion, weather, force majeure, buyer documentation delay and other events outside DD3 control may affect delivery.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

• Return, exchange, quality claim, refund and chargeback-related communication is governed by our Refund & Return Policy, together with the confirmed quotation, invoice, batch evidence, logistics record and written agreement for B2B or export orders.

Privacy Policy

• Personal information collected through the website, inquiries, order discussion, payment coordination, customer support or return handling is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

• The website, brand elements, product photos, videos, text, graphics, design, color chart materials and other content are owned by DD3, its affiliates, suppliers or licensors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, publish or commercially use website content without prior written permission, except for ordinary evaluation of DD3 products for purchasing discussion.

User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

• You may not use the services for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, spam, malware, scraping, security bypass, reverse engineering or interference purposes.
• You may not submit false order information, impersonate another company, misuse product information, or request products or packaging that infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

Third-Party Links and Tools

• The services may include links, embedded tools, analytics, messaging, payment, logistics or platform services provided by third parties. DD3 is not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, security or practices.

Errors, Omissions and Updates

• We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions in product information, pricing, availability, policies or website content at any time, including after an inquiry or order discussion, where permitted by law and written agreement.

Disclaimer

• Except as expressly stated in a confirmed written agreement, the website, services and product information are provided as is and as available. Printing results may vary depending on printer, slicer settings, storage, drying, environment and user operation.

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, DD3 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, lost profits, production downtime, business interruption, customs delay or third-party platform loss arising from use of the services or products.
• For B2B, OEM, wholesale and export transactions, any remedy is limited to the solution confirmed under the applicable quotation, invoice, written agreement or Refund & Return Policy, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DD3 and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers and service providers from claims, losses, costs and liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful use, inaccurate information, third-party IP requests or misuse of products.

Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this website. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated Terms, while confirmed orders remain subject to the written terms agreed for that order unless otherwise required by law.
